Shipping and Delivery:

When you receive your product from the courier, be sure to inspect it immediately . If you detect any dents, tears, or damage to the box, return the package to the courier before accepting it, ask them to write a damage assessment report, and then notify us. If the issue is followed up, your new package will be delivered to the courier the same day.

Returns and Exchanges: 

You can return or exchange your product within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in resalable condition, including all accessories and packaging. We reserve the right to return or exchange if the product invoice, accessories, or packaging is damaged or missing. Products with crushed, torn, or damaged packaging are deemed to have been accepted as intact upon receipt from the cargo company, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
